Find an experienced handyman in Wynn Vale

We have 2 ceiling fans (with lights) we need removed and replaced with new ones we have purchased.

The first item is a coat-rack from Ikea, the second item is a large whiteboard measuring 1800mm X 900mm X 6mm thick. The walls are in separate rooms, and are made of gyprock which has been painted. The items are heavy, and will need to be properly secured using the appropriate tools, screws, silicon glue and any other fixings required. Both items need to be positioned quite high up on the designated walls. I am happy to assist with holding up things, passing the appropriate tools etc. but I am not a handy woman at all! I am presuming the whiteboard mounting is a two person job, as it is very large and heavy.

Can a spa person please help or if they have a similar controller that can let me plug in and see if it’s controller or heater please I have this controller (see pic). It turns on jets all run can set temp but I think I hears click like heater trying to kick in and switches of Usually on left side of controller the F1 light is usually on and temp symbol is on but I have nothing the only thing I haven’t done is unplug and replug in to see if it needs to be reset.
