Find an experienced handyman in Blakeview

I need someone to install a house number sign on the exterior wall. The sign will be mounted on the upper white wall (not the brick section). It will require drilling into the surface (likely brick underneath?). I don’t have tools, so please bring your own drill and required tools. The screws and mounting hardware came with the plates (photos attached). The sign is approximately 20cm x 40cm. I’d also prefer installation in a way that minimises wall damage if removed in the future. Should be a quick and straightforward job.

I have a blockout double roller blind. But it doesnt really blockout all light from the sides successfully and it just suspends from the top part. The dial on the wall switch for a celing fan is stuck on, the dial wont turn off anymore, it wont rotate left or right, so is stuck on level 1, it needs a replacement switch more than likely, unless you think it can be fixed? The internal dial is stiff which is stuck, the knob over the top just spins over the dial, without the speed changing or turning off
