I have some sort of man made stone bench top. I have bought a new kitchen sink and need the cut out made bigger so it will fit. New sink is a couple of inches longer. I will take care of plumbing side of things.

My toilet door currently glides into the interior of the wall, and the metal rail is broken. I have got the door out of the wall. I need the bracket ive bought installed on the outside of the wall,and for the door to be attached to the brackets to glide on the new rail. Can provide photos, apologies its hard to explain

Gyprock broken from a shelf being knocked in ensuite so needs repair, repaint & rehang sml shelf. Clothes dryer put on wall in laundry not sure if we have correct brackets. Fly screen on laundry door needs replacing. Solar panels need cleaning.

I need someone to install a house number sign on the exterior wall. The sign will be mounted on the upper white wall (not the brick section). It will require drilling into the surface (likely brick underneath?). I don’t have tools, so please bring your own drill and required tools. The screws and mounting hardware came with the plates (photos attached). The sign is approximately 20cm x 40cm. I’d also prefer installation in a way that minimises wall damage if removed in the future. Should be a quick and straightforward job.
