Gyprock broken from a shelf being knocked in ensuite so needs repair, repaint & rehang sml shelf. Clothes dryer put on wall in laundry not sure if we have correct brackets. Fly screen on laundry door needs replacing. Solar panels need cleaning.

I am specifically looking for someone who understands why control joints are required, where they should be placed, and how to render them correctly to prevent future cracking. Kitchen benches to be screwed and glued down, a breakfast bar bench needs cutting and put on and gyprock put behind kitchen taps.
