I need a 2.5m x 2.5m Kings side awning professionally installed onto my campervan. The van does NOT have standard roof racks. It has a welded roof seam / rain channel edge (see photo). The awning will need to be mounted securely to this seam using custom brackets or suitable fabrication. This is not a simple bolt-to-rack job — I’m looking for someone experienced with: Campervan or 4WD accessory installs Fabrication or custom bracket work Secure external mounting to vehicle body Rust prevention and sealing Scope: Assess best mounting method Supply or fabricate brackets as needed Mount awning securely and safely Ensure no water ingress Use rust protection on drilled areas Ensure awning sits straight and opens/closes properly Awning: Kings 2.5m x 2.5m standard side awning (already purchased) Important: Must be secure for highway driving Must not damage roof integrity Clean, neat finish required Please include: Your experience with similar installs Photos of previous work if possible Whether brackets/fabrication materials are included in your quote Not purchased awning yet so open to other options that may be more suitable
