Looking for a handy person to complete several small repairs/maintenance jobs at my unit in Broadview before it is photographed and listed for sale. Jobs required: * Supply and install/replace a missing smoke alarm. * Repair or replace the top closer on the rear flyscreen door. * Repair a sliding door that has come away/needs to be re-fixed to its hinges/fittings so it opens and closes correctly. * Laundry walls have some raised/salt-damp residue along the lower sections. Scrape/sand back affected areas, prepare the surface and paint/touch up so it presents neatly. Ideally looking for someone who can complete all jobs and supply the necessary materials. Please include materials in your offer or advise separately what will be required. Property is being prepared for sale, so hoping to have the work completed as soon as possible. Photos can be provided to show the repairs required.

I need a professional to purchase and install a shower screen for me. Needs to fit my space for the bathroom so the vanity doesn’t get wet anymore from splashing. Needs to have a door too. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I need a professional tradesperson to install a shower screen in my brand new bathroom. I have been quoted between $200-$300 by others but wait time is 1 week too long. I will provide the shower screen, check photos attached. To be installed besides toilet on edge of shower base. Screen is 2100 high and 1200 long. Clips provided for install. ONLY people with experience installing frameless glass panels to make offers.

The two window frame are a bit rotten. The size of the small window is 990x1290mm, the big window is 1690x1750mm. The glass are fine except the glass at the right top of the big window is broken.
