Task details: Hi, I need curtain rods installed in a new build home at Salisbury North. Total around 6 locations: - 3 bedrooms - Dining/meals area - Lounge - One large sliding door in the main living area We will supply the curtain rods and matching brackets. Curtains are eyelet/ring style and mostly centre-opening. Handover is planned around 16 July, so the installation date will be confirmed once we receive the keys. Preferred installation date is around 17–20 July, but we can be flexible. Please install brackets into studs/timber/lintel/header where possible, not just plasterboard plugs, especially for the large sliding door. The large sliding door rod width is approximately 3550 mm, so proper centre support and strong fixing are important. Please include suitable screws/anchors and all required tools in your quote. Please provide a fixed quote for the full job and confirm: - Whether screws/anchors are included - Whether you have experience installing curtain rods/blinds - Whether you can provide an invoice/receipt with ABN Workmanship warranty: Please confirm your workmanship warranty in the quote. 12 months would be preferred, but minimum 6 months workmanship warranty is expected for installation-related issues such as loose brackets, poor alignment, or sagging caused by installation, with repairs at no extra cost. Budget: Looking for a reasonable fixed quote for the full installation.

I need ceiling patch repairs sanded and painted after replacing light fittings with ceiling fans. I have already done the patching. The work is for a few spots across 3 bedrooms plus the living and dining areas. All ceilings are standard height. I need the patched areas sanded smooth, light marks or paint damage fixed, the existing flat white ceiling paint matched as closely as possible, and the finished repairs left neat and as invisible as practical.

Install ceiling fans, 3 hugger fans in bedrooms, 2 standard fans in living and dining. Replacing existing lights, all fans with remote. Single story house. No idea about noggins already present or not.
