My parents bathroom vanity unit is quite old and broken. Need someone who can dismantle it, and install the new one provided. With the sink and tap plumbed up. We have a new vanity unit in box, and a new tap as well. We don't have any tools however. We will dispose of the old unit ourselves - no need to take it away for us, but as we lack the tools and experience, we do need you to dismantle it for us. Pictured is the old unit in it's current state, and the new boxed unit. Your expertise would be greatly appreciated! Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions you might have. More than happy to be flexible on pricing of course. Ideally we need it done on Thursday, but can also negotiate other days if more convenient.

Address: Davoren Park SA 5113 Key collection at Davoren Park SA 5113 and keysafe install at the rental property. Key Collection & Keysafe Install 1. Purchase a Sandleford 122 x 88 x 40mm Wall Mount Key Storage Safe from Bunnings ($17.90). Please note that this expense is not reimbursable. 2. Collect keys from the real estate agency 3. Install the key safe on/in the electric meter box at the rental property. The keysafe must be firmly screwed into place. It comes with wood screws, but if screwing into brick you will need to supply some masonry screws. It is not acceptable to just leave the keysafe in the meterbox without it being screwed into place. 4. Set your own code for the safe, place keys in it, and test. 5. Take photos showing the installed safe and keys. 6. Email photos, a description of the location, and the code to us
