I have two paint damage on my walls. One in the size of 5*10 cm and the other one in 10*20 in the parking that the wooden wall has been broken because of impact

My timber bi fold doors no longer open completely. Most likely will need someone to take them off and plane them down so they once again slide open smoothly and easily. Must have experience with bi fold doors.

Ceiling is coming away from the beam and sagging, which is causing cracks. The cornice is also coming away from the wall and cracking. The area is approx. 1m x 2m.

I have a ten year old mens bike, it needs some maintenance on the gear shifting mechanisms & brakes so that they work well again...it hasn't been used for about 8 years and I can't seem to get the adjustments right. Its a Fluid brand bike, 28" wheels as per picture. Everything else on the bike works OK (tyres etc.). The shifting mechanisms are Shimano 'V brake' branded. Not all 21 gears are selectable at the moment. The brakes seems to rub on the rims too, and the adjustments don't seem to fix it.

We have old external window shade cloth blinds attached to the brick house by the top metal bracket. 7 windows. Tall ladder required. Easy access. Need this completely urgently.

Put together - trampoline mini - gymnastics beam - gymnastics polls - remove rubbish I estimate about 2-3 hours work. Before tomorrow evening .

i’ve got interconnected smoke alarms through my rental that need to be tested and one downstairs that won’t stop going off. it’s a two story old Queenslander; upstairs has pretty tall ceilings i can’t reach safely with my ladder.

Install a letterbox on our front fence. Letterbox is an aluminium box with pre drilled holes. Fence is aluminium batton fence.

3 dodgy gates. Large white one has been forced through to the other side (now only partially opens inwards) and has some wood rot in areas. Other 2 gates don't close properly. 1 scrapes along the ground. Potential for lots more jobs. These are just what I want repaired first. Thanks heaps :)
