Doors need adjusting with some needing hardware modifications, curved skirting install,  surround installed cover exhaust fan grille, handles and barrel bolts installed on casement windows, infill piece installed adjacent ensuite cabinet, wood plugs installed,

Our back wooden stairs are rotting. In need of repairs / replacement. Open to suggestions and seperate quotes re: wooden or metal stringers. Ideally replace wooden slats on landing. Maybe some rotting handrails as well. You will see a missing tread in the photos. Stairwell currently blocked from use. Not urgent, flexible on when repair work get done.

Assessment of damage / extent of rotting required on our outside timber staircase and veranda area which is not under cover. Refer photos where you will see one stair has broken through and has been removed. Once assessed and work agreed, we would also require repair and install please. Not urgent, we have blocked off the use of the stairs for now.

We have a high up balcony and a few of the railings are rotted at the bottom / we’re worried they’ll move if pushed (small children in house). Keen for someone to go to Bunnings, get timber to replace say 4-5 of the bad ones identified, get white paint so it looks mostly the same and put them in place securely. Don’t need a perfect job, but do need it to be safe

I have 3 water damaged laminated Laundry doors that need replacing. They are all basic white laminate & 380mm wide & 735mm long. I can drop off the old doors to you & collect the new ones (if you would prefer). Would greatly appreciate it if you could drill the handle & hinge holes. We can install ourselves.

We have a baby cot which is great, but our toddler is very tall / strong and can pull herself over the rails. Keen to lower the mattress or put a bar on top - whatever you think is best - so we get another 15-20cm height out of it. It needs to be really strong and safe, as we are sleep training

The section is on the left-hand side of the bench where it finishes against a cabinet. The job involves: Cutting the stainless steel benchtop neatly along the left-hand side edge. Finishing the cut edge to look professional (preferably bent down over the edge for a clean finish). Ideally, re-welding or properly sealing the corner so it looks original and prevents sharp edges. Requirements: Experience with stainless steel fabrication / metalwork. Must have the correct tools for cutting stainless steel and finishing edges. Need existing door panel fitted to new built in dishwasher. Have removed door panel and kickboard which just needs to be fitted to new dishwasher and kickboard replaced.
