Looking for a reliable handyman to help with a few tasks around my home. Tasks include: • Mount dyson vacuum cleaner bracket • Mount baby monitor (Tweetycam) x2 • Fix chest of drawers to wall x 3 • Fix buffet table to wall x 3 • Fix shoe shelves in garage to wall • Fix bookcase to wall • Inspect and if possible fix kitchen tap (loose) • Install toilet seat (see images) We will provide the anchor points for fixing. The door is no longer closing properly and has become quite difficult to open. It needs to be taken off its hinges and have the bottom removed and/or sanded back.

Concrete path has sunken and needs to be repaired.

I have 3 ceiling fans to be replaced and a wall light to be fitted (cable and switch already in place).

Assemble IKEA METOD kitchen pantry and fix to wall. The main item is the METOD high cabinet with shelves (80x37x200). The METOD suspension rail will need to be cut to size and used to fix the cabinet to the wall. The cabinet will sit on 4x CAPITA stainless steel legs. A FORBATTRA plinth will be installed to cover the legs. Ideally the job will be done over the weekend but can be flexible into next week. Timing flexible.

Semi cassette awning to be installed, securely attached to wooden weatherboard wall. See the picture for the installation spot above the doors. Needs to be positioned high enough so it can operate okay over the lights.
