We bought a replacement toilet seat for our stylus toilet. It needs to be fitted and it appears the previous owners have fitted the old seat in a very unusual way and we are unable to unscrew the old seat that broke.

An old extraction fan has been removed from the ceiling in our alfresco. Also a conduit was removed behind the spotlight. This has left 2 holes. We're about to have a rangehood installed over the BBQ. We have paint left over from the original painting so hoping to just touch this up but happy to discuss repainting the alfresco ceiling area depending on additional $.

I have two A1 framed prints I would like hung above my couch, and three A3 prints for various other walls. I have a box of “Command Large Picture Hanging Strips Value Pack, 14 Pairs” to use. I need someone to help hang these to ensure they are perfectly level and placed well aesthetically. The task includes: * Assembly: Helping me place two of the A3 prints into their frames. All others are already framed. * Hanging: Securing the 2x A1 and 3x A3 frames (5 total) using the Command Strips provided. * Precision: Please bring a spirit level and measuring tape to ensure they are perfectly straight and centered over the couch. Replace existing mixer tap with a new one

Need 6 ikea (eket brackets) installed onto a wall. The wall is plasterboard with brick directly behind it (no gap). This requires 2 holes to be drilled into the wall per bracket. I don’t have a hammer drill or long enough screws, but do have some wall plugs. See the photo of the ekets (Ikea wall shelf) as a reference. The whole positions have already been marked up on the wall.

It currently doesn’t have enough support to handle a heavy load. The rail is about 180cms long.
