Hi there, We’re looking for a handyman to assist with a couple of small jobs at our medical clinic. Tasks required: Remove one screw from a curtain rod (it is currently too tight to remove with a manual screwdriver and will likely require power tools). Reinstall a height measuring scale on the wall in the correct position so it accurately measures patient height. The height measure has already been partially installed but needs to be unscrewed and repositioned properly. Requirements: Please bring your own tools (likely a drill or power screwdriver). Experience with wall mounting preferred. The job should be quick (approx. 15–30 minutes) for someone with the right tools. Please let me know your availability. Thanks!

All others are already framed. * Hanging: Securing the 2x A1 and 3x A3 frames (5 total) using the Command Strips provided. * Precision: Please bring a spirit level and measuring tape to ensure they are perfectly straight and centered over the couch. Replace existing mixer tap with a new one

Need 6 ikea (eket brackets) installed onto a wall. The wall is plasterboard with brick directly behind it (no gap). This requires 2 holes to be drilled into the wall per bracket. I don’t have a hammer drill or long enough screws, but do have some wall plugs. See the photo of the ekets (Ikea wall shelf) as a reference. The whole positions have already been marked up on the wall.

It currently doesn’t have enough support to handle a heavy load. The rail is about 180cms long. What needs to be done: • Reattach the existing wardrobe rail securely • Add additional supports/brackets between the rail and the shelf • Potentially add extra shelf reinforcement so it can safely hold heavier clothing long-term • Ensure everything is level, sturdy, and safe for regular use The goal is to future-proof it, not just reattach it the same way it was before. Hi there, I need someone to repair + Repaint my front letterbox. The metal mail slot/door has come off and the inside of the letterbox is exposed (see photos). The structure itself is solid — it just needs the mail slot/faceplate repaired or replaced so it’s functional and weatherproof again. What’s required: (i) Inspect the current letterbox opening (ii) Supply and install a suitable replacement mail slot/door (or refit the original if possible) (iii) Ensure it is securely attached, aligned and weather-sealed (iv)Patch and touch up areas around the slot Location: Kingsbury VIC Flexible with timing – anytime this week would be great.
