I have a few jobs that need doing. An exhaust fan in bathroom removed as its not working and replaced. I think it is a plug in. Need some mould washed off from ceiling, small plaster repair and repaint. Also need some screws drilled into ceiling as ceiling is sagging. I can supply the materials and a ladder. Could possibly suit a carpenter with experience in painting and cleaning mould or even an apprentice carpenter. Work is this Saturday or Sunday. Prefer someone local around Heidelberg area as there will likely be more ongoing work.

Hanging various size frames and mirrors 2.Anchoring a tall boy (100kg) to the wall (not to the plaster) so that it’s not a tipping hazard 3.Caulking x 1 area and painting 2 places plus putting a cover over a power point I have toddlers that visit and require these jobs to be done as soon as possible. Greetings! The chain that operates a Hunter Douglass blind has come off completely and needs to be reinstalled. In order to reinstall; the blind needs to be taken down completely. I’d also like to politely ask that a proper tool is used to reconnect the metal chain (not just a loop connection)

Our much loved Hills retractable clothesline needs some love. We need two lines restrung and one new line installed. I have purchased two new lines from Bunnings but realised quickly I was out of my depth to install.

I need some picture rails to be installed on a small area of wall. Wall previously had picture rails but were removed for a wardrobe unit. We have since removed the wardrobe and want to put the picture rails back up. The picture rail drill holes are in the wall (pictured). We want to put the picture rails back up using railing from another wall (this would need to be removed by you). Hoping to have someone out any time between now and the 2nd October.

Bathroom is 1.8 x 3m shower, vanity and bath staying where they are. Tiles to be removed and replaced with new Tapware (shower, basin and bath) to be replaced with new Mirror, large, to be replaced with new cabinet storage mirror. This can be done by seperate trade if needed.
