I need an experienced guttering/roofing person to repair a small rust hole in my second storey gutter (see photo). The hole is on the underside of the horizontal section near a box support. I am selling the house, so I am hoping for a neat, long-lasting patch rather than full gutter replacement if possible. Scope: • Safely access the second storey gutter • Clean back rust around the hole and treat with rust converter • Patch the area so it is fully watertight (metal patch / suitable sealant) • Paint the repair to match the existing gutter colour as closely as possible • Gutter colour: Dulux Lexicon Half (white) • Remove any debris and leave the area tidy Requirements: • Experience with roof and gutter repairs • Provide own ladder and gear • Supply all materials (patching materials, sealant, rust treatment and touch-up paint)
