I need a Leg Extension/Leg Curl combo assembled (brand new) and 2 x 40" TV's mounted on the same wall (brackets provided). Need it done this friday and I want someone that has experience with gym equipment assembly. Also happy to just have the Leg Extension/Leg Curl combo assembled if you cannot do the tv's. *Budget is $300 including the gym equipment and tv mounting

Need a handyman to repair a curtain fitting and patch a wall hole. We attempted to hang a curtain from the ceiling/roof area, however we were unable to locate studs properly and the curtain fixture has since fallen down. The fixture will need to be securely reinstalled using the appropriate anchors/fixings so it can safely hold the curtain weight. There is also a hole in the wall that needs repairing and patching. Ideally looking for someone experienced with plaster/gyprock repairs who can leave it ready for painting. Please bring your own tools and hardware/fixings if possible. Hi, I need to reinstall a plaster cornice above a bathroom window. The previous installer did not secure it properly (insufficient adhesive and poor nailing into framing), so the cornice has come loose and fallen down. Scope of work: • Reinstall plaster (gyprock) cornice securely • Use proper cornice cement/adhesive • Ensure strong fixing into framing • Tidy up joins and finish smoothly • No painting required The original piece is available and can be reused if suitable, otherwise I can purchase a new one if recommended. Small section only.

One ceiling fan to be replaced with a new fan purchased. The fan speed setting stopped working a while ago, and removed the control from another fan and replaced, but still did not work. So will also require the control box returned to the other fan. Hope this makes some sence? The photo is the existing fan, the new fan is similar. The existing fan has been discontinued.

hopefully straightforward installation of a loft ladder - I haven't bought one yet and will be happy to go with your recommended model. This will just be for very occasional use.
