Scope of work: • Reinstall plaster (gyprock) cornice securely • Use proper cornice cement/adhesive • Ensure strong fixing into framing • Tidy up joins and finish smoothly • No painting required The original piece is available and can be reused if suitable, otherwise I can purchase a new one if recommended. One ceiling fan to be replaced with a new fan purchased. The fan speed setting stopped working a while ago, and removed the control from another fan and replaced, but still did not work.
