Our dog has chewed all of our skirting boards and they need repair. Either putty, sand repaint or replace. Approx 30.

Our ceiling fans are not rotating quickly enough. They used to rotate more quickly. Hoping that a service could fix with the issue…? There are 5 fans.

I have a golf bag with a broken zipper which needs repairing.

I need new white silicon around my kitchen sink and new light grey silicon around the base of my ensuite shower.

We have some old water damage (cracks) on window frames and 2 cornices and needs these fixed asap. These cracks are minor and would need plastering and repainting. We have the correct touch up paint available. The windows are quite high so will need to lean a ladder to fix the very top corners. Available anytime to get this job done sooner

Re-fix whirlybird turbine back onto shaft. Does not need to be completely repaired and able to rotate. Just after a temporary fix until a new one can be installed and roofing replaced. Two storey house. The turbine was blown off in recent windy conditions, will also need to be bashed back into shape a bit.
