Fix bottom floating shelf Putty/repair/paint around new locks (2)

Install two new exterior doors (both are 820x2040). Door frames are already in place, so swap out. Need to drill for lock set and dead bolt for each, which I will have. I also have hinges. Doors are 30KG each. One is front door and the other is side entrance door.

Internal door handle has bolt stuck so door can’t be opened. Have removed handles, cover plates etc but still stuck. Suspect needs replacing. Have new handle mechanism to insert once old removed.

Hi, need a couple of small things fixed. Ideally today. First, the latch on a door doesn’t completely lock when closed. It needs adjustment. Second, blinds won’t completely go all the way down and believe the string is twisted. Thank you!

Kitchen Sink has been backing up for a few weeks, it eventually drains out. I have taken off the pipes under the Sink and had a look (cleaned them) but continues backing up.

The cameras are setup and working they need to be installed on the outside of the house, I don’t have a ladder. You must bring all tools. They are Reolink cameras with solar panels requiring a few holes drilled into mason/rendered walls at the right height. And a cat door installed through the same type of wall.
