Looking for a handyman to complete some tidy up jobs after some renos at the start of the year around my house in Glendale. Jobs include: - Simple tiling splash back for kitchen - Putting architraves on 5 windows - Installing curtain rods on 4 windows, moving one set of blinds from lounge window to kitchen window (very quick jobs) - Patching a small hole on the roof - Tidying up a study after renovations e.g. some plaster board on a small part of the wall after a door was moved etc. Happy to pay $50 per hour.

Water come through the plaster boards below the windows soaking the carpet which has now become mouldy. Destroying my dining table and lounge etc. then in my kidss bedrooms there was rain/flood water that come in, my kids bedroom windows even though the windows were shut. Which has caused the carpet to become mouldy. I need carpets cleaned if not ripped up and replaced and the board fixed under the lounge room window as the board is now all rotten. And also the kids windows to be sealed properly so rain cant xome in Can someone do me a rough quote

Supply and Install plaster board and cornice to room in home 3.65 x 3.30 x 2.50H approx. Room has 3 door ways and 1 window. ( hard wood frame home) Also install timber trims to room . Previous wall lining and cornice has been removed from walls, ceiling plaster board still in place . Would be looking to start late June or Early July .

Hi I work for a fall detection company called HomeGuardian.ai. We provide fall detection devices to customers that are designed to pick up potential falls and then alert emergency contacts so the customer is able to get help when needed. We have a customer who lives up in the Glendale 2285 region and we are needing an install done of 2 of our homeguardian devices. The customer has both of the devices in his possession already. There are 2 wall mounts to mount them on the wall. These have been sent to the customer in readiness for the installation. There is an install guide that HomeGuardian has to ensure correct install of the devices. The install itself is very basic there is no electrical work required. Simply mounting the wall mounts to a wall at 1.8m from the ground then screwing the device onto the mount and angling the device at a 40degree angle. Only 1 device should be installed per room. I would only install a device in say the bedroom and then the living area. The customer will choose this our CCT will follow up and advise the customer of where the devices should go. The devices need to be mounted on the wall to prevent any potential for false alerts and to ensure complete accuracy in the detection of falls this is what is all outlined in the guide.
