The wooden gable brace located just below/behind the finial is breaking apart. I need it repaired or replaced and sealed/painted.

We need a few tasks completed at our clinic: Fix 2 Loose Tiles – At the front entrance (see attached photo). These need to be re-secured using proper adhesive. Sand & Paint Bathroom Wall – The bathroom wall needs some sanding and a fresh coat of paint (see attached photo for details). Fix Sticking Door – One of the main entrance doors is sticking in our outside shed. It needs to be planed down to ensure it opens and closes smoothly. Tile glue ad grouting are supplied for the tile job. Paint is supplied for the painting. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding the jobs.
