Find an experienced handyman in Fairlight

One of my timberline bathroom drawers has just suddenly stopped closing. I’ve emptied the drawer and there is no obvious blockage from the items in the drawer or the drawer below. I can’t see anything in the runners preventing a close. It will close all the way shut if I push it, but then the soft-close mechanism pushes it open again.

Install and supply cupboard doors and one shelf. The dimensions for the doors are 1760 x 930mm. The dimension of the shelf is 1760 x 315mm. The task is to install traditional paneled style doors on the front of the built in shelves and add one further shelf. The doors are to open outwards, however we are open to sliding if easier to install. The task includes bringing the materials (to be approved beforehand) and any painting white. Any handles to be gold please. Please include the materials in any quote. Our estimate is for time, excludes the materials.

I have a few cardboard boxes that need to be removed from my home, as well as a fly screen door - this door has already been removed so you just need to pick everything up and take it away. There will be an additional box to those seen in the images. The fly screen is in good condition so you could keep it and use it if you wanted.

Unearth, dismantle and take away clothes line

I have an old towel rail, toilet roll holder and toilet seat that I would like replaced. I have tried to find replacement towel rail and toilet roll holders but I can’t get the measurements right when I have ordered online and Bunnings doesn’t stock the sizing or attachments I need to avoid drilling new holes (I’m renting). Need expert in bathroom accessories who can help with proper sizing and sourcing as well as installation once they arrive.

Bought two Claro 48“ DC Ceiling fans. Have assembled them but need someone to install bracket on ceiling and connect properly. Installation guides to require 45kg weights capacity mounting with 5kg fan. Timber structure and not a concrete ceiling. Not sure where beam is. See pic pls. No access through ceiling above as I live ground floor and there is an apartment op top. Ceilings are 3m and it’s an old building with timber. Not sure if support beam over existing light fixture. So important to get the holding bracket properly installed and supported to carry weight and assure a smooth operation of the fan.

Hang roller blind in small bedroom

The job is to install a lead light internal door and fan window. It’s a bathroom door being replaced. It has a fan light above it. The measurements are in the diagram photos (updated). I would like someone with carpentry experience and insurance please.

Install 6 x Roman Blinds in two bedrooms

Small chip (5mm) in the edge of a meile induction cooktop needs to be repaired.

We need a hand to block the light that is coming through from some windows in a bedroom that we use as an office. Please see the photos attached. We have purchased the blackout fabric that comes with circles to stick it to the window. We are looking for someone with a ladder who can measure and cut the fabric and then stick it to the windows (there is one on each side of the room as per the pictures).
