There is a big whole in the wall that needs too be fixed and patched so I can paint after

Need flyscreen doors at my main entry, alfresco access, and the balcony sliding door upstairs. 3 in total.

There’s a decent crack between the front door frame and our floor tiles. With some cracked paint along the door frame. There’s also a little hole and a decent sized hole that needs fixing.

My dog has chewed parts of the railing on the deck, need these fixed. Scratch and chew marks on the deck, need this sanded.

Following the recent weather we've had eave damage and weatherboards that are needing to be replaced. Some of the boards are spongey and will come away from the house with light pressure. We are wanting to have the damaged sections repaired, replaced and rubbish removed.

We need to move our hillshoist clothesline and put in a different place in the backyard to accommodate for a trampoline. Would require breaking concrete to remove clothesline, digging the hole and re-cementing.

We need to enclose underneath of one side of the house with lattice. Please see photos of area to be enclosed and then photos of what we would like (to match the back of our house). The existing lattice is not fixed and can be removed to allow access to underneath the house. Happy for you to look at the house first if need be and to take measurements.
