There’s a decent crack between the front door frame and our floor tiles. With some cracked paint along the door frame. There’s also a little hole and a decent sized hole that needs fixing.

Need a medium pet door put into a security screen door with a grille. Need this to be done professionally as we need to provide our real estate with a receipt. Currently just looking at pricing.

Installation of a clothes line on the ground. I will provide the material, but you would need to get the tools, wheelbarrow to mix cement etc

My dog has chewed parts of the railing on the deck, need these fixed. Scratch and chew marks on the deck, need this sanded.

Following the recent weather we've had eave damage and weatherboards that are needing to be replaced. Some of the boards are spongey and will come away from the house with light pressure. We are wanting to have the damaged sections repaired, replaced and rubbish removed.
