I am looking for a licensed electrician to complete the following work: • Install one ceiling fan (ceiling fan already supplied) • Install one double power point (to be supplied by the electrician) • Install one new wall switch with two switches to operate the ceiling fan - if you need a second switch for isolation, it does have a remote (to be supplied by the electrician) The fan has a light on it and a remote control. There is no roof access I also have additional electrical jobs that I would like to have completed separately, which we can discuss once the job is underway. Please quote for labour and supply of the power point and wall switch. Proof of licence and insurance required.

The sink will be replaced with a single bowl that fits the current cut-out size, creating space for: • Washing machine on the left • Dishwasher on the right I need an experienced cabinetmaker, carpenter, or handyman to complete the following work: Tasks: • Cut out the shelf, base shelf, and remove kickboard under the bench to make space for both appliances. • Modify the two cupboards on the right — one to be removed completely and the other trimmed down slightly. • Reapply the existing laminate trim I’ve already peeled off. • Cut the under-bench edge so the dishwasher and washing machine fit properly. • After the washing machine is installed, refit the kickboard neatly in front. • Install two side panels to contain the dishwasher and washing machine (I don’t have the panels). I’m looking for someone to install two evergreen walls.com.au artificial green walls. One wall is 3m x 3m and the other is 3m x 3.7m To be installed on a brick walls so might be easier to install plywood on the wall first then drill into the plywood. Happy to purchase the plywood if this is the best option. Must have experience with this task

Looking to have a temporary door (no screws into the existing walls) and door frame built behind this archway. Was thinking of using 2x4’s for a frame and hanging the door off that. But am open to better ideas. The aim is to give the room which is accessed through the hallway some privacy and reduce noise. Happy to pay for all materials required. Doesn’t have to lock or even be overly aesthetic as this is a rental so it’ll have to go when we do.
