Fix my e-bike conversion

The plumbing under the kitchen sink need to be redone. Recently bought my first home. The plumbing under the kitchen sink is a home job and is leaking at a T junction. Need it to be redone. Leaking from the cold water not the hot.

The carport pictured is being converted to a studio. Plans are drawn up and we need drain pipes for kitchen and small bathroom installed prior to having slab poured. Area will be dug out. My gate is broken at the latch. I think it might be because it’s become weathered over time so it squished into the middle on an angle. Please see photos for your reference. It was really difficult to open and close and recently the metal latch has fallen off now too. Basically it really just needs some TLC :) Will add better photos in the morning

One bedroom in Victorian house needs sanding of some recent plastering as well as painting (excluding windows and wardrobes). Corridor and 1.5 walls in another room also need to be done. BLIND CHAIN IS BROKEN AND NEEDS REPLACEMENT

There are two holes in my wall about the size of my hand. I need them both fixed and for it to blend in exactly with the wall because I live in a rental. Need this done to a HIGH standard, someone who has done this many times before.

I need to get an old lamp fixed. It’s more the part that holds the bulb has come off from the screws. It is also missing two tiny brass bits. And indeed the lamp shade to be fasted properly. Thanks.
