Looking for an experienced plasterer/gyprock installer or handyman to professionally repair an internal wall in a rental property. The damaged area is approximately 2.14m wide, with several cracks, holes and previous patch repairs. Photos attached. I’ve also attached a scope of works provided by other contractors to give an idea of what may be required. The scope of works is only provided as a reference. I’m looking for an experienced tradesperson to assess the wall and recommend the most appropriate repair method.
