Hi, I need help installing a small window awning on an external brick wall. The issue is that the awning brackets sit partly over the window frame, so they can’t be screwed directly into the brick. I have a billy goat out door vacuum needed starter cable replacing and potebtialy that main shaft down the centre needs the but adjusting so it can rotate but not too loose Have put $50 on it just to evaluate and tell me what's needed to get it running again

I have an underground spa so the machinery etc is exposed but protected after the storm last week I noticed the pump came on early morning it is programmed to come on in the afternoon so when investigating I could not turn the pump off as the control panel was dead ! I switch it off at the mains and having just switched it back on the pump came on straight away but the control panel is still dead this happened after the bad storm last week so I am thinking it got wet and blew something as there is a crack on the casing which I have never noticed before !
