The living room has a piece of wood securing the ceiling temorarily. If you do painting as well, please let me know if a repaint will be necessary after repairs. I’m wanting a Handyman to put new fly wire on my security door out the front on the porch but also I’m wanting an 8 inch square or approximately 20 cm² to be cut out of the security door on the left-hand side for my cat to go in and out and then to put a flap over the cut out. This will be used when the front glass door is open so the cat could go in and out through the security door during the day.

I would like to replace a kitchen sink , a mixer tap, shower head x2 and garden taps x2. My current kitchen sink is 115cmx45cm. Cut out hole is 113.5cm x 45cm. My replacement sink is 114cm x50cm, hence work might include cutting out more 5cm due to the size of new kitchen sink. Otherwise other jobs are pretty straight forward.

It’s a crockery buffet cabinet with mirror panels. Bottom part is assembled but need drawer handles to be fixed. Upper part needs fixing by someone who has experience with joinery or cabinetry.

We have a 1970/80s house with an old school sliding fly screen door. It continually keeps coming off the door, I’ve replaced the rollers at the bottom and issue still prevails. I don’t know if it needs repairing or replacing? I’ve placed repair cost in the add but don’t know if it needs replacement what that cost would be so apologises on that.
