Need a Kmart over the toilet cabinet assembled, I have assembled partially but am unable to finish. Then that, a raised mirror cabinet and soap holder affixed to the bathroom wall. Also need a small shelf hung on the wall opposite the bathroom. I am renting so need a licensed tradesperson with studfinder to avoid hitting water pipes.

2 off A/C units vibrate when switched on. Need to have the outside units brackets re-bolted to wall or new brackets installed and anti vibration pads added to feet of both units. Units are elevated so need to be supported with a lifting device. Good space available to carry out maintenance.

Dog has chewed ensuite door frame so think the whole thing needs to be ripped out and replaced. Can possibly be repaired but not sure. Unsure of costs but please send me your quotes

I have a small front yard and verge and need the reticulation serviced and sprinkler heads changed. Happy to pre-purchase the sprinklers if you let me know what ones or you can quote how much over the asking price for the task for you to supply.

Need to fix one two pavers on the patio should hopefully be a 10-15 minute job. The sand underneath the sunken paver has fallen away through a hole in the fence

- 8 oyster lights changed to downlights that have left small holes in the ceiling needing patching. Vary from 1cm to 7cm. - 1 exhaust fan hole that needs patching (approx 24cm). -Approx 6 meters of cornices to be replaced (removed during renovations) needing repairs. Can provide cornices if needed

One of the wires (white wire next to purple ) going into the igniter connector doesn’t have any voltage. Needing this looked at/fixed please. Pitboss pellet smoker

I also want to replace the kitchen sink and the countertops (white stone, or stone look).

Make handyman alterations to a single bed frame (the bed is put together) so that under where a mattress would go, half the bed opens up creating a storage area. Also a square hole made large enough for an electrical socket to go through so the bed can go up against the wall. All excess materials need to be taken away including an extra beam I bought that wasn’t needed for the job.

Please remove rusted screws from the gate (as pictured) and install new gate drop pin lock

install rivets and tighten coolroom door wheel. we tried to tighten the bolt but fall off every 3 days. Must tighten it permanently somehow

Laundry cupboards at my new place are too low for my stacked washer and dryer. Looking for someone to lift and reinstall the cupboards. There is enough space to lift them up to the bottom edge of the cornice. Job won’t take place for a few weeks as my belonging won’t arrive until mid/late September.
