Too hang a sliding barn door in a master bedroom

Need a Kmart over the toilet cabinet assembled, I have assembled partially but am unable to finish. Then that, a raised mirror cabinet and soap holder affixed to the bathroom wall. Also need a small shelf hung on the wall opposite the bathroom. I am renting so need a licensed tradesperson with studfinder to avoid hitting water pipes.

2 off A/C units vibrate when switched on. Need to have the outside units brackets re-bolted to wall or new brackets installed and anti vibration pads added to feet of both units. Units are elevated so need to be supported with a lifting device. Good space available to carry out maintenance.
