We have a mould problem getting out of control as the only source of ventilation is an extractor fan on the roof of the complex which has become unserviceable. All walls are concrete The ceiling has an area of 3.51m squared. 2.4m by 1.54m . There is a cut out of 535mm by 340mm in the corner. Picture provided. We will remove the paint pre installation. We can give further measurements of walls too if needed. but included are images for an idea of the geometry. Primarily concerned about ceiling but interested to add walls if not too big of a job.
