We have a small narrow garden bed in our home. The previous owner had fixed a reticulation through it but I haven’t been able to use it or fix it. Need someone’s help to get it fixed. Happy to pay $50 for consultation.

There are a few chips to the bedroom wall that needs to be fixed please. Filled in and painted.

1. Supply and install security screen door at entrance 2. Repair two sets of vertical blind 3. Replace three door locks (knob type) 4. Replace three window locks (sliding window) 5. Silicon application to one window 6. Silicon application to two water taps 7. Replace rubber ring to one water tap 8. Inspect a clogged basin drain (fixing may be required) 9. Repair one non working flushing button 10. Replace one broken light switch 11. Remove and supply one lock for outdoor gate

Install mop sink in a kiosk in shopping centre. Piping is there but need to connect to a tap or the mop sink

Repair cracks on the ceiling board under the balcony outside the front door.

I noticed the brick pavings around my hot water system are slightly elevated and blocking the hot water system's door. Need help fixing the pavings around the area so the door is accessible again
