Find an experienced handyman in Cannington

Need help to make and install a waterproof cover for my wall-mounted clothesline to prevent rain and bird droppings (example photos attached). Also need help with restringing the clothesline with something that's durable and won't rust. I don't have the materials currently, but can get them from Bunnings if you let me know what to get.

Install mop sink in a kiosk in shopping centre. Piping is there but need to connect to a tap or the mop sink

Repair cracks on the ceiling board under the balcony outside the front door.

I noticed the brick pavings around my hot water system are slightly elevated and blocking the hot water system's door. Need help fixing the pavings around the area so the door is accessible again
