Roller Blind Installation (2400 x 2400 mm) + Patch Previous Drill Holes I'm looking for someone experienced to install a new roller blind measuring 2400 x 2400 mm. The previous blind was inside-mounted, but the new blind is slightly larger and needs to be outside-mounted above the window frame. I've already made a couple of attempted drill holes on the right-hand and left-hand side of the frame, but I stopped because I don't have a stud finder and don't want to risk drilling into any electrical wiring or services. I'm looking for someone who can: Safely locate a suitable fixing point and install the new roller blind. Patch and tidy up the small drill holes from my earlier attempt. Ensure the blind is securely mounted and operates correctly. Please bring any necessary tools, including a stud finder if required. Experience installing large roller blinds is preferred. Thanks!

The bathroom shower door doesn’t close and latch to the magnetic strip on the right side. I have noticed the door looks misaligned and not seated vertical aligned. I noticed on the shower door black plastic insert block holding the spindle - hinge door at the top looks broken and plastic cracked inside, where the screw hold on both sides, plus looks loose so the door isn’t vertically straight. Shower screen installed appox 20 years ago

Need the lower wall section in the marked area cut down and repaired properly. After that, patch and repaint the walls to make the space look clean and fresh. and also cut and replace the two red marked skirting board sections with new matching ones, then patch and repaint for a clean finish.

The chandelier light has stopped working and needs to be replaced. See the photos of the existing (spike type) and new (spiral) ones, and match the height and locate the rafter behind the ceiling to hang the new light (spiral), which may require a shift in the location of the existing light. Issuing an electrical safety certificate is required. One more photo is being added following a few requests to show the exact location of the installation, which seems to require scaffolding. Could not get more photos as I am not living at the property at the moment.

Garage ceiling has collapsed due to water damage. Timber beams in the ceiling may also be soft. Garage door cannot open fully. Screws not enough to raise ceiling. Will require plasterer to repair ceiling.
