Have moved into an apartment and need some odd handyman jobs carried out. Laundry: Need storage cabinetry crafted. Outdoor: need a weatherproof outdoor storage bench that can double as a seat. Need quote for 1 or 2 steps down into back garden. Decent drop at present. Have put a random price currently. Will need you to consult and quote.

The price is just to get your quote, not what I'm offering. I need a handyman to properly seal gaps inside my kitchen cabinet (under sink area) to prevent pests from entering. The cabinet has uneven walls and pipe openings, and I want a clean, practical solution using MDF panels to create a barrier. Scope of work: • Measure and cut MDF to fit inside cabinet • Create backing panels to cover open wall gaps • Install panels securely • Apply contact paper for a clean finish • Ensure edges are as closed as possible • I’ve also attached one photo of what I’ve doing to set expectations Important: • This is not a full renovation, just a functional sealing job • Must be neat and properly fitted (previous job was left unfinished and it was a rip-off) Budget: open to reasonable offers (looking for efficient, clean work)

I need someone to repair a few holes in the wall before my end-of-lease inspection. I attempted to fix them myself, but it didn’t work, so I need someone with experience in wall/plaster repair to properly patch, sand, and make it look neat again. Ideally it should blend in well with the wall.

We have 2 basketball shooting machines - that are having we think bearing issues. Preferably someone with some engineering background or light machinery or mechanical would have a better idea on issue we are experiencing with one of the cranks. We have instructions provided by the manufacturer - but can’t seem to diagnose the problem. The crank in the image is stuck and we aren’t sure whether it’s due to bearing failure or something else we can diagnose. We imagine time will be needed to diagnose and then we can sort out extra work if needed.
