Need a handyman who can repair a door that came off its hinges due to strong wind and also damaged the door frame. Secondly another door needs a handle/lock replaced or potentially just fixed if possible. There is also damage around the door handle that needs to be repaired.

Our mirror frame is quite old, just like the mirror itself. While we appreciate the character that comes with age, the frame is now deteriorating and starting to break. We’d like to preserve the mirror but need someone skilled in restoring or repairing antique frames. Is there anyone experienced in this type of work who could help us fix it properly?

Looking for a professional plasterer to instal about 50m of cornice. The cornice come in 3.6 LM while a couple of walls are longer than that so few joints will be needed + corners. The apartment doesn't currently have a cornice so the wall will need to be prepped for the new one to be installed. Screws are most likely required for this type of cornice.
