We are seeking a licensed electrician to assist with installation of 5 new ceiling fans at our home. Two of the fans will have LED downlights included. The fans are all identical Big Ass Fans’ Haiku model with low profile mounts. The fans have a Bluetooth / wireless remote so hardwiring of a remote is not required. See link below for installation manual. Installation details for each room as follows: 1. Downstairs Guest Bedroom: The ceiling fan to be installed replacing an existing installed downlight. Fan installation only (no LED downlight). 2. Downstairs Living Room: The ceiling fan to be installed centrally between existing downlights. There is no existing light/fan fixture. There are other speaker / downlights in proximity so assume access to wiring is available. 3. Upstairs Study: The ceiling fan to be installed replacing an existing light fixture. This fan will use an integrated LED downlight (attaches directly to the fan). 4. Upstairs Spare Bedroom: The ceiling fan to be installed replacing an existing light fixture. In re-installing we cannot drill into the wall (would ruin waterproofing) so need to include supply and fitting of particle board (or similar) to carry weight of desk on the left hand side.
