Experienced neat and tidy builder to gyprock section of kitchen ceiling where water damage has been repaired. Area is 2 x 2.5 approx. There is a working down light that will need to be dropped back into place so a small hole will need to be added. A cornice will also be required to match existing . No painting. We need 5 internal doors installed. This will include: - Collecting blockboard doors from Belrose Bunnings that have been pre-ordered. - Removing current shutter doors (non latch). - We will need the new handles/lockset/hinges/wall latch etc attached to the new doors & door frame. - The doors themselves need to be cut to fit and sanded edges to prep for painting (we will paint after installation - not included as part of this job). - Door stops will need to be applied to 2 walls - Job will need to be completed by Friday afternoon (29th August)
