Shower leaked got resealed but now I need to repaint the ceiling repair water damaged door frame 1 side on the bottom +\- 30cm and refit some loose tiles.

I have a few holes I'm wanted patched ASAP please

I would like to install a multi pupose chin up bar in my garage. The walls are metal studded and with 10mm plasterboard. The studs seem to be around 600mm apart and there seems to be other cross bars that run on a 45degree angle. I think I will need to mount some 20mm thick wood on the wall and fix the brackets to the wood to mount the chin up bar in the right area. But I would like a professionals opinion on what to do. I will need the chin up to carry my weight of a minimum 100kg.

If I had some strength and some clamps I could probably fit the split that you can see in the photos but I don’t have any of those items and buying them is more than what the Actual drawers are worth themselves.
