Hi there - I live in a 60s beach shack with casement windows. Three of the windows I can't use as their hinges are rusty, falling fall. They have seized shut. I'd like to have the hinges replaced and the windows hung. It doesn't need to be perfect as the house is old, but I'd like them to be useable.
