3 of our doors need to be fixed- they do not latch or slide well. Also one of the shower door is getting stuck. Backyard door has loose wooden planks and need fixing.

Need a cornice repair job. We installed split air conditioners and have 4 small gaps in the cornice from the piping (circled in red in photos) in 4 rooms where internal units were installed. Just need these filled, painted, and blended to match. I only need these specific gaps closed/filled. Small job, prefer someone available ASAP. Hello, I need someone to help with the following please : 1. fix this falling Roller Blind; and 2. install shower rail in place of our existing one. I don’t mind if the rail is high up, just can’t stand the current set up anymore as it’s so hard to clean the bathroom! I already purchased the rail shower. So I just need someone to install it.
