I have already purchased: * 2x Mode Home expandable curtain rod set, including brackets *2x velvet curtains The rods will sit above the existing roller blinds, primarily to block the light coming through the gaps between the blinds. The window is quite wide, so I’d like the rod positioned securely and level, with the brackets appropriately fixed for the wall type. I’d also like the curtains hung once the rod is installed. Hi - looking for someone to recaulk and regrout the bath in our small bathroom. We can supply the grout, caulk and caulk gun if preferred. The tiled bath area is roughly 70cm wide, 70 cm deep, with tiles running 40cm vertically. We also have a crack in our tub that is leaking into the downstairs neighbours when we have a bath -- we fixed it with expanding foam and some putty, but it hasn't worked. Looking for a fibreglass fix. Looking for someone who can test the tub shell integrity. The bathroom door, from water damage on the floor needs to be patched and repainted for an end of lease.

We have handles that need to be put onto our kitchen & laundry cupboards. Laundry handles are the same size as previous handles, kitchen ones need drilling. 6 handles for laundry, 22 for kitchen. Note - we were told the handles have no thread so may need to have that screwed in? Pictures for reference. 2-3 hooks needed for pictures in the living room.

Adhesive hook fell and ripped paint and drywall off rental wall. About the size of an apple with minor scuffs below. There are additional tears on wall next door with the same scuffs

The screws have come out of the curtain rod, causing it to dip. Need someone with a ladder to get up there and remount

I have two tasks I need done: The first is the bathroom sink: when I unblocked it I noticed that it’s leaking and it seems to be from wear and tear. May need to be sealed. Also have a broken hinge on a kitchen cabinet. This might be able to be fixed but may need to replace hinge also
