We’re looking for a qualified electrician/handyman to help with a small bathroom upgrade in our Victorian semi. 🛠️ The job involves: - Removing the open shelves, and light - Retaining the existing power point and ensuring access is preserved - Installing a new shaving cabinet (already on site and pre- assembled (model FMWVS1500, 1480mm wide with mirrored doors and internal shelves) - We recognise that this cabinet is a lot wider than the current set up. We want this, and for it to go all the way across above the toilet. - Installing a power point inside the cabinet (preferred), and under the cabinet if possible. - We also want to add a light above the cabinet in future, so a way to access the power from above the cabinet would also be great. - Masonry drilling will likely be required due to the age and construction of the home 📸 Photos: - Existing bathroom setup - New cabinet design & dimensions We’re ready to go as soon as you are. The side lattice "wall" of our deck blew off in a recent storm and we need it reattach it to our deck. We also need to secure a pipe to the house. The shed in the picture has been removed, it's only the lattice wall that needs to be put back up.

I need my shower curtain rod to be re-attached to the wall as its fallen from the original attachment which was not sufficient. Will likely need to patch up original holes and make rod slightly lower or higher to get a solid connection with the wall. See pics.

Back door needs to be removed and the bottom shaved off wood has swollen and not closing properly magnetic doorstops installed both back door and front door. Each needs to be strong enough to hold mechanical door close. New locks have been installed. Would like touch up.

Bathroom door doesn’t close. It looks like the top of the door is sagging slightly so believe the top hinge needs to be tightened/adjusted. It is freshly painted and unfortunately the hinges have been painted over.

Again the walls are double brick so the hammer drill is needed. The painting is 135cm wide so it needs two hooks to hang from otherwise the frame will buckle 3 Need to fix a hinge on a kitchen cabinet
