We have handles that need to be put onto our kitchen & laundry cupboards. Laundry handles are the same size as previous handles, kitchen ones need drilling. 6 handles for laundry, 22 for kitchen. Temp awning above external laundry. Currently roof sheet is held in place by bricks but this is a safety risk. Need to secure roof sheet by connecting it to the existing metal truss or some other means.

A small bulk head covering some plumbing needs to be fixed due to water damage. It wasn't pretty to start with so polish is not required. It wants the disintegrating particle board removed (you can see in the pic, it is at one end only that there is damage and about the bottom 1cm of the sides only. The bottom is solid wood. The easiest thing will be to replace the bad particle board with builders bog. It is just a bulk head. Painting will be a pain waiting for the bog to go off, so painting is optional. The picture is the damaged bulk head in its damaged state.

Hi, My outdoor rotary clothesline is no longer spinning properly. The top centre joint / bearing appears to be broken or disconnected. The clothesline feels stuck and cannot rotate smoothly anymore. Looking for someone experienced with handyman or clothesline repairs to inspect and repair/replace the broken part. Please bring tools and advise if replacement parts are needed.

I’m looking for an experienced tradesperson/handyman to hang four photo frames on concrete apartment walls. Frame details: 2 x A1 light timber frames One with glass front One canvas-style (no glass) 1 x A2 brass frame (heavier, glass front) 1 x A1 light timber frame (no glass) Each frame has a different hanging mechanism on the back. Photos of all frames and hardware are attached. I’ve purchased a range of picture hanging hardware, including options suitable for concrete walls, but I may not have the correct fittings for every frame. Bunnings is less than 5 minutes away, so if additional hardware is needed, I’m happy to quickly pick it up at my own expense during the job. The frame positions have already been marked out. Street parking is available. Preferred timing: Sunday anytime (day or evening) Monday anytime (preferred day) Wednesday evening (after 7pm) Thursday evening (After 7pm) One frame will be hung above our bed, so a skilled and experienced handyman is needed for safety.

I have two tasks I need done: The first is the bathroom sink: when I unblocked it I noticed that it’s leaking and it seems to be from wear and tear. May need to be sealed. Also have a broken hinge on a kitchen cabinet. This might be able to be fixed but may need to replace hinge also
