A small section of my roof gutter appears to have some cracks or small holes and is leaking after rainfall. I cannot get up to the roof with my ladder as it is too high (Two storey town house). I have already purchased Selleys Roof & Gutter Spray Seal, it is fast drying and 2 coats may be required. I need someone to get up on the roof safely and spray the sealant i purchased or supply own preferred gutter sealant (if recommended for a better result).

My gutter slopes upwards towards the drain hole so water is pooling and subsequently gunk is building up and it is now leaking. I need this fixed and am unsure as to cost so please send quotes

Outdoor Painting on a brick veneer house. The painting is applicable to the guttering, timber flashings, verandah posts, windows (including window bars, sash etc) and doors (1 French door, with fly screens that are also to be painted, and an entrance door). Only the front and sides of house that are visible from road frontage are to be done - the rear of house and side windows/doors are optional/not required. Currently these surfaces are dark green, but they are to be repainted in Dulux Ironstone.

Looking for someone to do some painting. To paint gutters, eaves and fascias of two-bedroom unit. Only one side of unit - and back courtyard area. About 14 -15 meters in length. Courtyard side is about 7 foot high. The side areas highest peak is about 7-8 meters high. Will need a clean before painting. Will provide paint for two coats - dark grey for gutters and fascias and white color for eaves. In Coburg area. Flat on courtyard side, Slight incline on the side section. Ladder provided.
