Key Specifications & Components Glass Panels: 1200mm high toughened safety glass (10mm or 12mm thick for frameless applications). Posts / Spigots: Must use non-conductive spigots/posts. The fence on the left and right sides must seal cleanly against this timber structure to eliminate any bypass gaps (>100mm). 5. Substrate & Site Access Substrate: Tiled concrete slab. Spigots must be carefully core-drilled through the outdoor tiles into the concrete slab below without cracking or damaging the surrounding tiles. Pergola Fixing: The left and right glass runs require appropriate wall-mount/post-mount hardware (matching silver finish) to securely affix directly to the timber pergola posts. Site Access: Clear, direct access to the rear yard via a side gate. 6. The panels are mounted with black base plates/spigots fixed down with hex/Allen key screws (see photos). Job includes: * Removing 11 frameless glass fence panels * Unscrewing and removing base plate spigots/feet * Carefully carrying and storing all panels and hardware on site a few metres away * Handling glass safely without chips or damage * Leaving area clean and tidy afterwards
