Program a new garage roller door remote control. Program 2 front gate remotes.

Looking for someone to build a fence and gate on the side of our house. We already have a fence & gate on one side, (see picture), we want the other side to look the same. There is currently a large hedge there which I will remove prior to fence being built, the gap is roughly 280cm. We will do the painting so just need fence installing.

We have a glass pool fence and gate. The gate has dropped and it’s very difficult to close. See photos for more detail. Pics of hinges included too. Screws to hinges have rusted so could these be replaced too please. Only 2 hinges on gate.

External timber gates need to be sanded back and at least 2 coats of exterior black paint to be applied. I will cover the cost of the paint in addition to the task fee.

My front gate latch is loose and even when you lock the gate, you can push it open. I need the latch part fixed.

Install new wooden fence between driveway and neighbours driveway. Renovate wooden gate. Renovate wooden fence

Front gate motor repair. One side of gate not working when power supply still active.

Double external timber gate needs to be relocated approx 2m further along. One post can be reused and re-fixed to house brickwork, the other post is concreted into a footing so a new timber post and new footing is likely needed. Gate lock and drop bolt need to be swapped to the other swinging leaf too.

Front gate sticks so need the fitting removed, the wood shaved back and sealed and then the fitting re-fitted

8.5 metres x 1.2 metres with pedestrian and vehicle lockable gates to blend in with the existing side fence as per photo.

Gate hinges need welding or replacement

Gate is no longer self closing and has dropped slightly

Existing brick fence to be modified to add a new pedestrian gate (shown in blue). New brick pier to be constructed shown in red. Gate will be supplied for free.

Top gate hitch has come away from frame. Needs to be welded back on

Cut fence and install new exposed post to match existing. Supply and install new single gate and lock latch - Due date: Before Thursday, 30 November 2023

gate has come off its hinges and needs some loving attention - Due date: Before Wednesday, 19 July 2023

1. Attachment 1 shows the referred gate before damage (left hand gate), attachments 2-3 show damage from wind swing it off its hinges. Will need new hinges attached – suggestion is 3 rather than the previous 2 hinges as the gate is quite heavy. 2. Temporary fencing panels (attachments 4-5, alongside the driveway) need to be re-aligned and re-wired. - Due date: Before Thursday, 11 May 2023

Needing to get pool safety compliance certificate. Gate currently is not automatically closing which it needs to Assuming tightening of mechanism is required. - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 30 April 2023
