Find a professional gate installation in Melbourne

I have a dog gate which I need installed into the wall with drilling, but one of the spots where it needs to be drilled has live wiring nearby, so need someone who can safely do this (see images of my wall and an example photo of the gate to be installed). The gate to be installed is called the Dog Space Rocky Large Extra Tall gate from PetCircle

due to movement in either fence or post, the magnetic latch is not connecting.

There is a pipe running underground from my yard into my neighbours yard. He believes it is my storm water is discharging into his yard. I need this to be investigated. If the issue is caused by my storm water than we will then need this to be rectified. Quote is just for the investigation

My external metal gate is no longer aligning properly with the latch. The gate appears to sit too far away from the strike plate/lock, so it won’t close or stay secured. It may have sagged slightly or the hinges/lock position may need adjustment. Looking for someone to realign the gate and ensure it closes and latches securely.

I have a gatemaster Superlock 2.0 Code Gate Lock | Single-Sided Keypad gate lock on my front gate.( See pics). I need the code changed ASAP. In the past my partner has done this by following the instructions on the internet site for gatemaster. He's not here at the minute and I'm not handy at all so instead of risking breaking a $600 lock, I simply need someone who is good at fixing things and following those instructional videos or even has some knowledge about these locks, to please come and change the code for me. Movement of metal gate and frame means the lock and latching mechanism doesn't line up anymore. Gate has moved up/striker plate has moved down. Need someone to remove the current lock (undo some screws and drill out some rivets) and then reposition and reinstall the lock ~1cm further down. Will need to drill and make new holes in the metal gate. The other option is to move the strike plate and but the I'm not sure there's enough metal in the frame left to rivet the plate back into thr frame.

One half of the back yard colorbond gate is in place. The second half of the gate is in pieces and may need to be constructed from existing or new colorbond material. Gate measurement 163cm x 194cm.
