Repair/fix/replace? Outdoor gate latch. The key lock is working, however the button is not unlocking the latch when pushing it to open the gate.

The task will require create a hole for the fence post at the correct location, retention the cyclone fence mesh and refit the gate. All parts should be there. Hi, Looking for a carpenter to help with the following: We would like to get our hallway floorboards replaced. Weld/ fix one of the bars in the electric gate that has come loose. Gate opens inwards in clockwise direction. Check mechanical functioning for opening and closing. Working on manual function but stopped working on auto function with the remotes last weekend.
