Title: Flooring Contractor Needed to Install Flooring & Assist with Light Demo (July 2–6) Description: Seeking a reliable flooring contractor to: 1. Remove and dispose of carpet 2. Level the flooring 3. Install laminate timber flooring, skirting, and acoustic underlay Location: (total area: 50m²) one-bedroom apartment, Wattle St, Ultimo Dates: July 2 to 6 I will provide all materials and assist you as much as I can during the flooring works. There will be a 3–4 day pause between leveling and flooring installation to allow a joiner to complete the kitchen works. In addition to the flooring work, I’ll need some help with a light demo. I will lead and do most of the work (kitchen demolition, floor tile removal of approx. 10m², and transporting debris to the skip bin), and I need someone skilled and reliable who’s willing to pitch in with solid hands-on support - 7–15 hours of help. All materials and tools for both demo and flooring will be supplied by me. Important: Your ABN and public liability insurance for flooring works are A MUST for strata approval and will need to be provided immediately upon accepting the offer.
