I would like the yellow tongue floorboards taken up and replaced around the edge of this floor and hallway/landing. Only the boards where you can see the water staining. It's in a smallish bedroom and a smaller area outside of this bedroom. I've posted photos of the two spaces and then a few closeups of the stained areas to be replaced.

Bond clean, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. Top floor (1 bedroom and stairs) as carpet. This needs steam cleaning and sanitising/deodarising. End of bond flea treatment (internal and external) These are all just end of bond requirements. No real issues associated.

I need to fully expose the fridge alcove in my kitchen to utilise its full dimensions but there’s currently a skirting board on the inside and the above cupboard overhangs by 2cm. I need to fit a new fridge freezer in there that uses the alcoves full dimensions. Needs to look nice / be finished well. Can it be done?

Need a skirting board that has been glued to the wall removed so we can move an appliance out. Will require a power tool to cut it away - removal manually will damage the wall behind.

Across 3 rooms, there are 5 spots where the parquet floor has lifted. They were glued down before. There is no damage to the tiles, so can be replaced/re-glued down. The total area is less than 4 meters square. Not looking to re-sand /polish floors after tile are positioned back. Understand this will not assist the prefect finish.
