I have 200sqm of vinyl plank that needs to be laid in a warehouse floor

About 10 sq need install

Would like new flooring throughout the house it’s about a 15 square Home probably a durable vinyl flooring. I’m renting at the moment so I don’t want to spend too much money on something that doesn’t really belong to me.

We had a minor mould issue that has been rectified, the vinyl planks in place were removed. Need to clean existing glue and replace skirting (4m and 3m) where mould damage was visible. This is a small area; only 8 planks were removed (approx 3m2). I have the planks to replace the old ones, i have the paint for the skirting. I don't have floor glue or new skirting boards.

I have bought underlay and engineered timber floorboards I would like to get installed in an office that is approx 2x3m. Also keen to replace some existing but damaged floorboards throughout my apartment with the same floorboards. Keen for offers to complete a smaller install and then work with the right person to replace/repair existing. No underlay or boards needed :)

We have the floorboards, underlay and architraves ready to go. Need someone handy & experienced to bring tools and to cut/saw as required and install. Office is on ground floor next to our garage. I have started pulling up the lino flooring at my house as part of a renovation and need someone to take over the job. Three small rooms remain to be done and all need the following: - remove top layer lino, - remove masonite, - remove staples, - remove older layer of lino, - remove cardboard underlay stuck onto timber floorboards (the final layer), This is a straightforward labour job, no experience necessary but if you haven’t done this type of job before that would be awesome. We have some tools on-site but it would be helpful if you brought your own with you. Floors must be left clean and ready for sanding. I have just purchased Hybrid Planks (DunlopHeartridge Australian range 7 x 180 x 1840mm) and would like them laid over a concrete slab (haven't checked as it is currently carpeted). Would like our floor sanded and polished. Have removed old carpets and all nails. Floor area that has floorboard is approximately 70m2 and includes 3 bedrooms, hallway, kitchen and dining rooms, and laundry. Would like it completed around the 19th of jan.
