Have done an extension of a room and need the floor to be levelled now. Ideally with self levelling compound. Room is c 30-35sqm minus kitchen area. Possibly enough to only level the new area (FC sheets). Ground floor unit. Price offered including material, labour and rubbish removal.

We have 2 bedrooms (roughly 3m x 3m) which require skirting boards installing. We have the required skirts. Walls are concrete. We have no tools to provide for cutting. Photos attached. One room has one door. Second room will have wardrobes in place where marked X on picture (skirting to run up to that wardrobe), and Has two doors.

Install Castle Nuovo Natural Prague colour floor in a 1.2m x 1m area. Floor needs levelling. Also need to repair two already installed damaged floor boards (if possible)

I am replacing an old Warmup floor thermostat TH115-AF with a WT01. All it needs is floor & power wires attached & installed back into the wall plate.

I need a carpet lid in my front bedroom. It’s just under 12msq. New grippers were put down 2 years ago. The room will be totally cleared and I will have bought the underlay and carpet. Just needs cutting in and stretching. I’m in Fairlight northern beaches. The second option is to just repair the front section I have spare carpet of the 1.7m x1.7m to patch it in where it’s all been ruined over the past two years. Can you quote for both. Thanks

I have pulled the carpet and underlay up in the sunroom/spare bedroom and would like these wooden floors sanding and sealing please. I’ll remove all nails and staples from the floor before sanding in prep. The room is 12.9m2 Trying to weigh up the cost of having someone else do it vs hiring a sander from Bunnings :) Any advice appreciated!

we have borers in old floorboards in the hall three bedrooms and part of living room they need to be ripped out and replaced with new wooden floor boards

Carpet is a stair runner that has been taken up from old stairs and needs to be refitted on new stairs, about 4 or 5 steps

One linen cupboard door needs a few mm taken off it as we are having new carpet laid.

Skirting boards (new 140mm, already puchased and on site) to be installed in bedroom that was completely stripped out, refloored and replastered 2400mmx3600mm. Walls are brick plastered. We have the boards already (as noted above). Two existing power points need to go in the board. We can get an electrician to do whatever needs to be done prior if necessary. We also have other jobs that we can list later.

Remove small area of timber floor boards about 5m by 0.5m from apartment to enable water ingress investigation from external patio

Patch repair of carpet in bedroom approximately 20x20cm due to burn with iron. Replacement patch of carpet can be taken from the back of the linen cupboard

1. Get rid of the wardrobe below and paint the wall behind if needed. 2. Rip up the carpet in the room above and another room. Please confirm that you have the proper tools for doing to avoid damaging the floorboards underneath. 3. Repalce toilet seat. I will provide the toilet seat. Tasks need to be performed between May 25 and May 28
