Of course they will need to be cut to size. Use whole pack to repair as much as you can. May require a little bit of new underlay at the edges of the floorboard as it sinks a little when you step on it. I've thrown in a budget of $100, but I'm flexible. Let me know. The job is just an interim measure as I will be replace the whole floor in a year or so.
