We are removing pods to waterproof along the floor-to-wall junction of a balcony. We need 6 pavers or a pod/paver system reinstalled so they are flush and in the correct spots. The 6 pavers that will be removed are the ones between the door and the balcony edge.

Remove and replace damaged floorboards. Skirting must be taken up and several boards removed (around 10 or so) before then removing the damaged board (6). Skirt refitted, pepped, caulked and painted. Boards need to be sourced to match. 190mm Engineered boards In a timber oak.

Have spare carpet. Need the damaged carpet removed and new carpet professionally installed.

A small area of the carpet got burnt with a steam iron and need to be fixed. It is probably 20cm by 10cm. I have the carpet to replace the area.
