I have an indoor cat and need a low-height, secure, renter-friendly barrier installed along the planter edge of my balcony. The barrier will likely be lightweight decorative panels or screens (e.g. faux greenery / lattice style). I need an extra downlight installed in our bathroom in the shower area. Would require downlight supplied (and assume transformer in roof space). Downlight supplied must be suitable for a wet environment (steam from shower) and must have warm white light output. Roof space currently has two downlights installed with individual plug outlets in the roof space, so would likely require the install of an additional outlet for this job. Images attached indicate current set up and red marking of approx location of downlight. Ceiling is gyprock. Must be currently licensed electrician for this job (please share details).
