I just got my floorboards changed and the installers took out and put back the skirting boards. As expected there are dents, scratches on the board and there are gaps between the boards and the wall. I want all the gaps, dents filled and the skirting boards sanded and painted throughout the whole apartment.

Roof/gutter gap - photo roof 1 - general view, roof 2 close up view. When heavy rain blows in this direction, water will seep through gap and water drops will leak through ceiling. Downpipe connections at top and at ground leaks

Moving out - removed paintings and wall mounted sticky stuff. This has left 6 drill holes 5 tears in the wall paint surface. Need someone to patch the holes and paint over holes / tears with matching color.
