Two internal light fittings in a pantry are not working (one standard downlight, one set of strip lighting). I cannot access to check whether it is globes, or something else
Jessie was punctual, polite and solved my problem. He explained what he was doing as he went and showed me what the problems were and how he proposed to fix them. Highly recommended.
Replace approx 60 lv downlights with Pierlite Litelux LED lights.

Work is in vacant ground-level apartment and eeded around mid - July. Thes new light fittings will replace existing lv lights. Need rate per light fitting as the 60 figure is a guess. We adjusted electrical gate latch last night (moved a few millimeters lower) because of misalignment in gate and now electric opening mechanism is not working. BEDROOM: One of the bedrooms cabinent sensor light malfunction may be related to the contactor. GARDEN: Garden fountain The LED light stopped working just a few days after installation. Previously, we used filament (tungsten) lights, which worked fine. The filament lights nearby are still functioning normally. STREET: The lights on the street-facing side of the garden are not working. It’s possible that the bulbs have burned out, so please check them. Parking is free.
