I have very tall ceilings and don't have a ladder tall enough, so I need someone to change the battery on one smoke alarm and the globe on a light fitting. I have the batteries and globes required.

Need a fuse box to be rewired, fuse box will be supplied, only 6 switches.

Install 3 ceiling fans in a top floor apartment . Model is a remote with light. There is no existing fans so would be a new install. Downlights are too close together so would need these disconnected. I purchased 2 x Buster and Punch stone table lamps from their US store, one lamp unfortunately doesn’t turn on despite changing bulbs, changing outlets, adaptors etc. Have attempted a step down transformer, still with no luck. Hoping to have it repaired rather than returning / exchanging the lamp.
