I need an electrician to attend a final house inspection which has been requested for 21st of October at this stage in the morning. When we did an inspection prior to the cooling off period, some of the lights were in and out and all of the left hand side of the appartment was not working (fridge, stove, dishwasher, AC, powerpoints etc). Replace two ceiling light fittings. One (led oyster) bust because used with dimmer and non dimmable. Other one is an Eddison screw fitting that needs replacing just for aesthetics. New fittings will be Eddison screw oysters, no bigger than 30cm (smaller is better). Happy to provide new fittings myself if that will bring down price.
