Replace 12 x LED Downlights (add plug base). There are 12 LED in place (6 in lounge room, 2 hallway, 4 bedroom). I have bought Philips colour controlled IC4 to replace those. Current lights are wired to a connector. New lights have a plug and will be required to fit to plug base (these will be supplied).

Need an electrician to change some light bulbs (see pictures) and try to fix heater in drying cupboard, and empty a filter of clothes dryer. Lights bulbs - see picture of new bulbs that I already have, you may need to supply the rest (and be reimbursed), in particular the long fluro light. Will need to bring long ladder for lights in kitchen

We have a smoke alarm attached to the roof which is 5-6 metres high. The battery has gone in the smoke alarm and it keeps beeping. We just need someone with a high ladder to come over and change the battery. It should only take a few minutes to change the battery. It’s just getting a ladder that is high enough to reach the smoke alarm, and open it to find out which battery we need, and then to put a new battery in it. The longest part will be setting up the ladder. all in all, it shouldn’t take longe to do. Maybe 30 mins or 40 minutes maximum.

I have a split system Fujitsu that’s broken, it’s flashing that it needs repair and the air isn’t cool

Install Red Smoke Alarm in hallway of home and ensure working properly. The alarm is battery operated.

Installation of a supplied air conditioner. There is an existing unit on the opposite side of the same wall. So all services are located in the right position.

When turning the power on to the hot water unit at the switchboard, it is tripping the power. The element on the unit does not appear to be burnt out.
