Need to Move the NBN connection from the start of the house down to the end into the living room. The cable needs to go from where it's connected now on the outside of the wall, up to the bottom of the roof/gutter so it isn't visible. It will need to travel 22m and drilled through the wall.

Sliding security Wire door catches - needs adjustment. Also small light on front of house (by entrance) came loose - needs reattaching (NOT electrical issue)

Pool heat pump needs repair - most like electricity panel inside the unit needs repair according to the diagnosis by Rheem person in the phone. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 31 January 2024

Pool heat pump not working - it’s run of electricity. Need an electrician who works with heat pumps. The power from power board is on but the screen on the pump does not come on - seems like a sensor issue. I am quoting $100 for investigation of the issue - don’t expect you to fix it for $100 as I understand a new part may be needed - Due date: Before Tuesday, 23 January 2024
